We are looking to IMMEDIATELY hire a Customer Service Representative for a
Telecommunications company providing Internet/VoIP for residents and
businesses throughout the local communties.

Assist customers over the phone and through email.
Answering questions about services we offer.
Scheduling installations and discos.
Create a trouble ticket for service experiencing issues.
Assist customers in attempting to troubleshoot issues.
If needed, schedule a service call for field techs.
Monitor orders to ensure full workflow has been completed.
Follow up with field techs when installations are not completed.
Route calls to appropriate departments.
Assist in projects as director by supervisor.
Excellent communication skills to manage interactions with customers.
Good work ethic and able to work independently and with minimum
High school diploma, GED.
*Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and Internet
