Eligibility
This offer is available to new Onward residential customers at service addresses within our Rancho Cucamonga service area.
Offer applies to one price match per household and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
What We Match
Onward will match the current advertised or billed rate from a competing internet service provider for a comparable service
tier — meaning the same or substantially similar download/upload speed and service type (e.g., residential fiber to residential fiber). Onward is not obligated to match pricing for a different speed tier, service type, or a plan not actually available at the customer’s service address.
Proof of Pricing Required
To receive a price match, customers must provide current, verifiable proof of pricing, such as:
- A recent bill or statement (dated within [60] days) from the competing provider, showing the account holder’s name and service address, or
- A current, dated screenshot or printed rate quote from the competing provider’s official website or ordering system for that same address
Onward reserves the right to verify eligibility and pricing before applying any match.
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for price matching:
- Promotional, introductory, or limited-time rates — these will be matched only for the remaining duration of the
original promotional period, not indefinitely - Bundled pricing (e.g., internet + TV + phone packages), unless the customer can isolate and document the internet-
only portion of the rate - Business, commercial, or non-residential accounts
- Rates from providers that do not currently offer service at the customer’s address
- Expired, discontinued, or no-longer-available competitor offers
Duration of Matched Pricing
Choose the version that reflects your actual policy:
- The matched rate is honored for 12 months, after which standard Onward pricing applies.
Pricing Transparency
The matched price reflects an all-in rate inclusive of standard taxes and fees. Standard installation, equipment, and one-time
fees may still apply unless explicitly included in the offer.
Offer Period
This offer is valid for new sign-ups between (see dates of applicable promotion) and may be extended, modified, or discontinued at Onward’s discretion.
Onward’s Rights
Onward is the sole approver of the terms and conditions and reserves the right to request additional documentation, deny a match request if proof is insufficient or unverifiable, and to modify or end this promotion at any time without prior notice.
